Helical bars are high-strength, stainless steel reinforcement elements used in structural repair, masonry reinforcement, and crack stitching applications. Designed with a unique helical (spiral) shape, these bars offer superior anchorage, flexibility, and load distribution compared to traditional straight reinforcement rods. Made in house by Strucsol from 304/316 stainless steel and delivery next day to your doorstep.

Helical bars are extremely versatile. They can be cut to any desired length and bent to fit the required shape. Whether reinforcing lintels around windows and doors or providing extra strength in brickwork over footings, parapets, arches, and retaining walls, helical bars increase the only weak element in masonry by adding tensile strength.

3. Installation Recommendations:

For optimal performance, we recommend fitting helical bars with either Strucsol HS Grout or polyester/EASF resin. This ensures an effective bond and enhances the tensile and flexural structure of masonry walls.

4. Available Sizes:

Strucsol Ultrabar Helical Bars comes in the following sizes:

• 4mm Helical Bar: Available in 1m and 10m lengths.
• 6mm Helical Bar: Available in 1m and 10m lengths.
• 8mm Helical Bar: Available in 1m and 10m lengths.
