Structural grout for masonry repair and crack stitching

Strucsol HS Grout is a high performance masonry repair grout for helical bar crack stitching, window lintel repairs and structural masonry repairs. This high-strength, non-shrink cementitious structural grout is polymer modified and recommended by structural engineers across the UK for remedial work.

Designed for bonding crack stitching bars, it provides excellent adhesion and a strong bond for masonry reinforcement. Suitable for professional and DIY use, this masonry repair grout is used as a direct alternative to Helibond or WHO60 grout. It also works as a helical bar grout or Brickfix grout for crack stitching and a wide range of masonry repairs.

Mixing, application and strength gain

No additional water or ingredients are needed. If a smoother consistency is required for your project, water can be added if needed.

This thixotropic grout is designed for gun application using the Strucsol Grout Gun, however can also be applied by trowel if needed.

Strucsol HS Grout has a setting time of around 30 minutes, with shorter setting times in warmer conditions. Once mixed, it gains strength rapidly, helping repairs reach full strength within 14 days.

It comes in two individual 5kg packs, allowing for part mixes when needed.

Coverage

6.5kg of masonry grout is enough to install approximately 12m of single 6mm helical bars in a 10mm × 30mm joint. Linear coverage increases or decreases depending on bed joint depth and width.

6.5kg of masonry grout is enough to install approximately 71m of twin 6mm helical bars in a 10mm × 40mm deep joint. Linear coverage increases or decreases depending on bed joint depth and width.

Each bucket contains the same volume as 10 × 400ml tubes of resin.
