High strength helical bar grout

No additional water/ingredients needed.

Strucsol HS Grout is a high strength, Non-Shrink polymer modified grout- recommended for use across the UK by structural engineers for a range of remedial work.

An ideal helical bar or brickfix grout that works well for crack stitch repairs, window lintel repairs, and a whole range of masonry repairs.

You do not need to add water, however if you need a smoother consistency for your project, this can be added if needed. The grout is designed to be gun-applied using our Strucsol Grout gun

HS grout has a set time of around 30 mins (less than this dependent on how warm it is). Once mixed, HS grout has a rapid strength gain, ensuring repair is at full strength within 14 days. Comes in two individual 5kg packs, allowing for part mixes if needed.

Coverage

6.5KG of our masonry grout is enough to install approximately 12m of single 6mm helical bars in a 10mm x 30mm joint (linear meterage will increase or decrease dependent on bed joint depth and width)

6.5KG of our masonry grout is enough to install approximately 71m of twin 6mm helical bar in a 10mm x 40mm deep joint (linear meterage will increase or decrease dependent on bed joint depth and width)

Each bucket contains the same volume as 10x 400ml tubes of Resin.
