Strucsol EASF Resin is a high-grade, rapid-setting structural resin for crack stitch repairs, window lintel repairs and anchor bonding. This styrene-free epoxy acrylate resin is designed for structural repair work, including bonding helical bars, reinforcements, anchors and fixings into masonry and concrete.
Unlike styrene-based polyester resin, EASF Resin can be used for bonding anchors and fixings in wet materials. Its lower shrinkage helps achieve much higher bond strengths than polyester resin, making it a high performance choice where exceptional bond strength is important. It is suitable for structural repair applications where restoring structural integrity matters, including crack stitching, masonry beaming and bonding structural reinforcements.
It is also suitable for anchoring metal fixings into brick, stone and concrete, making it a practical choice for builders, contractors, structural repair professionals, homeowners and DIY users tackling masonry and brickwork repairs.
The removal of styrene makes the resin a little more expensive than polyester, but it also brings important benefits:
Initial cure: 5 mins / 15 mins depending on ambient temperature. Curing is faster in warmer temperatures. See the cure data on the labels.
380ml usable contents - 410ml fill.
We recommend this epoxy acrylate resin for bonding structural elements such as helical bars or other reinforcements into masonry, concrete and other substrates, or as a fixing resin for anchoring applications.
