Liquid Damp Proofing Membrane | Strucsol Safeseal

Liquid Damp Proofing Membrane Strucsol Safeseal is an SBR Latex polymer based damp and gas proof membrane providing a seamless barrier against water penetration and ground gases such as Radon.

Application 

Applied by brush, spray or roller in 1 or two coats (depending on surface texture and porosity) to floors and walls.

• Can be used outside as a below surface waterproofer, when applied beneath a render or screed finish.
• Damp proof membrane under floor speeds
• Damp proof membrane as part of a cementitious tanking system
• Damp proof coating to cellar walls and floors
• Gas proof membrane to walls and floors in active Radon gas areas
• As part of a tanking system in cementitious pond linings

Coverage

2 coat application 1 m2 per litre when applied by brush or roller.

NOTE: should be applied to dust free surfaces to ensure highest adhesion. Dusty and friable surfaces shoals should be treated with Strucsol Primer-Sealer prior to application of Safeseal DPM.

Safeseal DPM is supplied ready to use and should not be diluted.
