Safeseal: an ideal damp proof for floors, walls and other surfaces.

This liquid damp proof membrane is a damp proof and gas proof membrane made from SBR Latex polymer. It creates a seamless barrier against water and ground gases like Radon by acting as a waterproof paint.

Uses

• Can be used outside as damp seal paint or below surface waterproofer, when applied beneath a render or screed finish.
• Damp proof membrane under floor speeds
• Damp proof membrane as part of a cementitious tanking system
• Damp proof coating to cellar walls and floors
• Gas proof membrane to walls and floors in active Radon gas areas
• As part of a tanking system in cementitious pond linings
• As a liquid DPM for concrete floors

How to apply liquid DPM

Applied by brush, spray or roller in 1 or two coats (depending on surface). Wait until touch dry to apply 2nd coat of DPM liquid.

NOTE: should be applied to dust free surfaces with as little residual moisture as possible to ensure highest adhesion. 

Coverage

2 coat application 1 metre squared per litre when applied by brush or roller.

This product contains 5 litres of your chosen colour of DPM. 

Safeseal DPM is supplied ready to use and should not be diluted.
