Safeseal: a liquid DPM for floors, walls and other surfaces.

This liquid damp proof membrane is a damp proof and gas proof membrane made from SBR Latex polymer. It creates a seamless barrier against water and ground gases like Radon.

How to apply liquid DPM

Applied by brush, spray or roller in 1 or two coats (depending on surface). Wait until touch dry to apply 2nd coat of DPM liquid.

Coverage

2 coat application 1 m2 per litre when applied by brush or roller.

NOTE: should be applied to dust free surfaces with as little residual moisture as possible to ensure highest adhesion. Dusty and friable surfaces shoals should be treated with Strucsol Primer-Sealer prior to application of Safeseal DPM.

Safeseal DPM is supplied ready to use and should not be diluted.
