Resin Nozzle Extension Tubes - 5 Pack

Designed for precise resin injection when installing resin bonded wall ties and masonry anchors. These extension tubes allow resin to be pumped to the full depth of the pilot hole, ensuring complete encapsulation of the embedded tie for a structurally sound bond.

Specifications

10mm diameter x 225mm length. Custom lengths available - contact us for a quote.

How to use

  1. Attach the extension tube to the resin mixer nozzle and insert to the deepest point of the pilot hole.
  2. Insert the embedded wall tie inside the extension tube.
  3. Pump resin through the gun, withdrawing steadily from the hole to leave a fully encapsulated, resin bonded tie.

If you're buying the kit for DIY use, make sure you have the right application gun—I skipped it and later found mine wasn't big enough, luckily my neighbour had one. Also, be sure to read the instructions carefully, as the resin sets very quickly.
