Metoset Concrete Repair is a two-component, ready-to-use, rapid-curing concrete repair resin designed for cracks, chipped edges and sealing joints in almost any surface. It is a practical choice when you need a reliable concrete crack filler for quick repairs.

This formula is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and is highly versatile. It may be applied to slightly damp surfaces without special preparation, helping to ensure a seamless repair. Once cured, it can be painted over to blend in with the surrounding area.

Gel and cure time

Fast curing in normal conditions down to 5 degrees celcius.

Typical gel time 10 minutes - cure time 1 hour (in ambient temperature of 15 degrees celcius), rising to upwards of 2 hours in damp substrates.

Important information

• Must be used between 5 degrees celcius and +40 degrees celcius
• Cartridge should be kept at room temperature

Surface preparation

Note: Remove dust, debris and moisture from the area where possible to ensure the best bond before applying.

How to use injectable concrete repair resin

• Unscrew the cap and plug, attach the supplied mixing nozzle and insert the cartridge into the applicator tool (available here)
• Dispense the first 10cm of resin into waste until thorough mixing is achieved
• Point the nozzle directly into the repair area
• Once filled, flatten and smooth the product into the area or shape as needed

Should be used with a high quality, geared silicone tool, such as the Strucsol caulking/sealant gun here
