We will always ship your order on time, but ultimately deliveries arriving on time fall entirely on the couriers that we use. During the christmas period, all of the couriers across the board are equally as stretched and stressed as the other so there is no way to guarantee which will deliver on time.
Year on year we experience the same issues, however the most consistent that we've used for on time deliveries during busy periods have been Fedex- so if you need your order urgently, please consider using Fedex as they are the most reliable over this period.
We will be closed from:
24th December - reopening again on 2nd January 2025.
PLEASE NOTE orders placed on 23rd will be shipped that day but will arrive any time up to the 31st, due to all couriers being off during these periods and trying to keep on top of their flow. Orders placed after this will be shipped on 29th December & 2nd January ONLY- with normal service resumed on 5th January.
